Which mindset are you? 🤔 I’ve always had a g $Which mindset are you? 🤔 I’ve always had a growth mindset, but four years ago, my life fell apart, and I felt completely stuck. I thought I had no way out and even doubted my own worth. I was convinced I couldn’t turn things around.😫 But you know what? The old me was still in there 😍, and I found a way out. I followed my dreams persistently and here I am now living my kinda life turning 51! Did you know that neuroscience supports that you can learn new things and change your way of thinking at any age? 🧠 Your brain can rewire and grow with effort, learning, and persistence, no matter how old you are! A growth mindset believes in this potential that with hard work and dedication, you can change, evolve, and reach your goals at any point in life. 💪 (Okay, I know I’m not going to be an astronaut :rocket: at this age, but you get the point…) A fixed mindset? It assumes things are set in stone and there is nothing you can do to change it. We all get those feelings sometimes.
